Involvement Period: August 2011 through May 2012
My final university project was based around the theme 'Mapping a Physical Environment'. The project involved producing a simple robot, within an alloted budget, that was capable of moving through its environment and building up a map of it. This map would later be able to be used to plan its way through the environment ahead of time rather than relying 'collisions' and luck.
